Cost and Payment
All appointments are 60 minutes.
CU students with Gold SHIP: These visits are covered at no cost.Ìý
CU students with private insurance: These visits cost $120 per visit. A superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.Ìý

Appointments are available weekly in Wardenburg Health Center year-round or at the FitWell Suite in the Rec Center during fall and spring semesters. Location will be confirmed when you schedule your visit.

Prior to your visit, you will complete a short questionnaire about eating habits and general health.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Appointments can be cancelled in the MyCUHealth Portal. All cancellations must be made by 5 p.m. the business day before your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $60 charge.
