- Wellness Wednesday workshops are available for staff and faculty to engage in self-care activities, learn about campus resources and build community. Themes rotate regularly, allowing participants to come and go as they please.

- Invest in your health! Stop by the wellness fair to learn more about employee benefits, discounts and ways to connect with programs and services. A variety of CU departments and community vendors will be there. While you're at the fair, be sure to enter a drawing for a chance to win a Rec Center gift card, acupuncture session or national park pass.
- Save the date! The Center for African and African American Studies (CAAAS鈥攁lso called 鈥渢he Cause鈥) is inviting the community to its grand opening, which will include performances, speakers and more. Make your plan to register and attend.
- With one in-person and one virtual session available, join and learn about what it means to be a 兔子先生传媒文化作品 Staff Council Representative.
- As part of CU in the Community, join the Center for African and African American Studies and the Volunteer Resource Center on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Head to downtown Denver and participate in a march and parade celebration. Food and transportation provided.
- Provost Russell Moore and Chief Operating Officer Patrick O鈥橰ourke will kick off the spring semester with a town hall for faculty and staff, giving updates on the logistical, budgetary, health and wellness, and academic issues they expect during the spring semester. Graduate students in teaching roles are also welcome to attend.
- Join Fiske Planetarium to learn about the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year. Explore the brilliant winter constellations and learn what objects to look for with the naked eye, a pair of binoculars or a small telescope.
- Part of the Engage Locally Series at the campus's global climate summit, join Rep. Joe Neguse and leading climate policy advocates in a discussion of how to achieve the climate policy that will bring real change to communities.
- Enjoy breakfast and social time Dec. 6, hosted and sponsored by Staff Council and the Office of the Chancellor. Bring your Buff OneCard (required for entrance) and consider donating supplies and nonperishable food items as part of the event.
