Documents communication with dept/PI regarding current action.
Contacted Sub
Documents communication with sub regarding current action.
Initiated Request
First request sent for specific documents or information from Dept or Sub.
Logged
Starts action. Sends shortform action to Subcontracts Status Report.
Not Accepted / Withdrawn
Sub action item is withdrawn or rejected. Closes out mod number and removes from action items.
On Hold
Keeps action item open, but no status updates anticipated in near future.
Pending Internal Review
Sub action is being reviewed internally to subs team.
Pending on Prime Completion
Active sub mod paused as it cannot proceed further until prime award/contract has been fully processed and appears on Boulder Workflow Data Report.
Pending Sponsor Approval
Used when active sub mod is paused and cannot proceed until we receive sponsor approval (example: sub PI change, budget reallocation)
